Lovelane Summer 2024 Program Offerings

Lovelane offers a variety of programs during our summer session, which runs through July and August:

- 3- or 5-Day Horsemanship Workshops

Therapeutic Horseback Riding
Summer Trial Sessions
- Duration: 30-minute private mounted lessons
- Dates: Minimum of 4 lessons between July 1st and August 31st
- Days/Times: Monday – Thursday between 12:00 – 7:00pm
- Cost: Lovelane is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit and relies on fundraising and volunteers to carry out our programs. The cost of a lesson is $150. Through the generosity of our donors, Lovelane is able to provide a subsidized rate of $115 to make our program more accessible. Riders who require additional tuition assistance to further subsidize the rate must complete a Request for Tuition Assistance form. These forms are reviewed by our Tuition Assistance Committee and the funds available are divided up and given based on need. For all new riders, there is a one-time $50 administration fee added to their first invoice.

3-Day Workshops
- Tuesday, June 18 – Thursday, June 20 – Reserved for City to Saddle
- Tuesday, June 25 – Thursday, June 27 – FULL
- Monday, July 1 – Wednesday, July 3
- COST: $500
5-Day Workshops
- July 8 – 12 – FULL
- July 15-19 – Reserved for City to Saddle
- July 22-26 – Reserved for City to Saddle
- July 29 – August 2 – FULL
- August 5 – 9
- August 12 – 16
- COST: $715
All workshops run from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon.
Unmounted Horsemanship Programs

- Tuesdays from 12:30 – 1:15 pm, July 9 – August 13 (no class July 23rd)
- COST: $300 for 5 weeks
- Thursdays from 4:00 – 5:00 pm, July 18 – August 15
- COST: $250 for 5 weeks
Private Unmounted Horsemanship Sessions
- Monday – Friday, times differ each day and will be scheduled based on participant availability.
- Cost: $72 per 45-minute session for 4 – 6 weeks in July and/or August.
